Hi there, hooman friends! It’s me, Bob, the official mascot kitty of Jen’s Kitty Rehab!

I’ve been put in charge of a very important mission (and it’s not chasing laser pointers this time). We’re running low on the basics that help take care of my kitty friends here at the rescue, and we really need your help!

Right now, we’re in need of:
🐾 Dry cat food : Iams kitten (purple bag) and Iams adult
🐾 Wet cat food (gotta keep those whiskers happy!)
🐾 Clumping litter (because, well, you know…)

Taking care of all my furry friends isn’t an easy task, and the hoomans here work so hard to keep us healthy and comfy. Your donations—big or small—make a huge difference in our lives. Every bag of food and box of litter means full tummies and clean paws for us kitties.

Who will join us tomorrow night for kitty love. We know we’ve all been stir crazy with snow and can’t wait to see you all. Help Gunnar on His Journey to Healing!

Our sweet Gunnar is back at the vet today for another surgery. This time, he might finally get the wire removed from his jaw—fingers crossed! Additionally, he’ll be fitted with braces to help correct a tooth that sticks out due to his broken jaw. This tooth constantly rubs against his upper lip, leaving it sore, open, and scabbed.

We’re so grateful for all the love and support we’ve received so far. Gunnar has been so brave through this entire process, and we’re determined to get him the care he needs to heal and thrive. However, these procedures are costly, and we could use some help covering the expenses.

If you’re able to donate, even a little bit, it would mean the world to us and to Gunnar. Every dollar helps us get closer to seeing him pain-free and smiling again. If you can’t donate, sharing this post would also make a huge difference.

Hello, friends.

It’s been a tough week for all of us here. Today, we had to say goodbye to our sweet James. He was so loved, and our hearts are heavy without him.

As for me and the rest of the gang, we’re doing our best to stay strong, but we could really use a little help. We’re running low on clumping litter (and you know how much we appreciate a clean box!), Iams kitten food (it’s the purple bag), and wet kitten food to keep the little ones happy and healthy.

We’re so grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown us. Every little bit helps and means so much to us. Thank you for being part of our family.

Update on Gunnar the Brave Kitten

Gunnar, our resilient little fighter, has come such a long way. His jaw injury, caused by unimaginable cruelty, was one of the worst the surgeons had ever seen. But thanks to expert care and an incredible surgical team, Gunnar underwent a complex procedure to repair the damage.

We are thrilled to share that Gunnar is healing beautifully! He’s already showing his sweet and playful personality, proving that love and care can overcome even the darkest circumstances.

Thank you to everyone who supported his journey. Gunnar’s strength and recovery are a testament to the kindness and generosity of this community.

James, a sweet and gentle cat, is in critical condition. This poor boy is sick, severely dehydrated, and rapidly losing weight. He is lethargic, and his second eyelids are showing—a clear sign that he is unwell.

We’ve had him under our care since he was born, but James needs urgent veterinary attention, including diagnostics, treatment, and fluids to get him stable and on the road to recovery.

While our sweet Wallace (Wally) has improved so much, his skin issues have continued to cause him problems. He spent some time at the today. His lymph nodes are very enlarged and the vet feels like we need to take one out and send it to a pathologist. This is where things get scary. He will be tested for an autoimmune issue and cancer. He's been through so much and we just want to find out what's going on and get him better. Other ways to help:
