⚠️Chocolate, sugar-free candy (xylitol), raisins, and certain nuts are toxic to dogs and cats. Chocolate and xylitol can cause seizures, raisins can lead to kidney failure, and nuts can trigger weakness and vomiting. If your pet ingests any, contact Southwest Veterinary Urgent Care immediately!

Meet Brandon! Brandon is the shift lead at SVUC and has been on the team since we opened in 2023. Brandon has worked in the veterinary field for over 20 years! In his free time he loves fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his dogs! 🐾

Patient spotlight 🐾

Meet Lyla! Lyla is a young boxer puppy that presented with GI upset. Lyla had a negative parvovirus test and was then treated for GI parasites so she can return to her playful puppy self!

During her visit she was such a sweetheart and gave lots of puppy snuggles to the staff! 🐾
