Another wonderful client! Thank y'all for the kind words!

"Tristan - We can't thank you enough for all of your help, Stella Grace is a completely changed dog! She was absolutely crazy before she met you - jumping, barking, counter surfing, unable to walk calmly on a leash, and just all around wild and running the house on her terms. Not only have ALL of those bad behaviors ceased, but she is also trained on commands, walks right by our side OFF leash, and is perfectly behaved in the car and outings around town - we are beyond amazed at what you have done and are so extremely grateful! Thank you, Thank you - you are the absolute BEST!

With great appreciation,
Will and Betsy Frederick"

"To Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team:

We bought 2 Pure Bred German Shepherd’s from a breeder for the first time in 2021. This is our third set of Shepherd’s and the other 2 sets were rescues. I went through some medical issues and my husband decided to wait to get any more dogs. He specifically wanted our last 2 to be from a breeder.
I did 2 years of research before finding the breeder we wanted to buy our next pair from. Then in January 2021 we brought our female home at 6 weeks old. In February 2021 we brought our male home at 6 weeks old. I’ve always trained our dogs the basic training that we thought was correct. Our female on the other hand had better ideas and decided to create her own habits that we have never dealt with before. And of course our male thought that was what he was supposed to do also. After much thought we decided it was time to find a dog trainer. I did 3 months of research and of course we tried some of Cesar Milan’s tips. A few things started to work but then our female gave us another surprise and started to show aggressive behavior towards other people. That would not fly with us. I talked to our vet and he believed she went into protective mode with me in particular. Then I saw a card at my Vet’s office for Lorenzo’s Dog Training and decided to take it home and give them a call.
We are in the North Ft. Worth area and were given Eric Hardaway’s contact information from Lorenzo’s main office. Let the games begin! Eric came to evaluate our pups and brought Tristan Berlin with him. And when Tristan came up to the door he had another dog with him which totally caught us off guard as to how our two were going to react. Well you can guess how that went. Our male barked so much we could barely hear them talk to us. But the guys prevailed and we signed up for 10 weeks of in home Basic Obedience training.
Eric gave us some really good information and his support through the training process.
Tristan was assigned as our trainer. We thought for sure they would give him a run for his money, but he handled them and us with respect and patience.
During our training we became more relaxed with our pups and learned a great deal from Tristan. We learned that although we did a few things right we also did a few things wrong. Even when training our other dogs. Tristan became a friend in the dog training world that we hope we can reach out to at any time in the future with questions and assistance. He taught us the right way to walk, talk and be the alpha in our home with our dogs. They knew when he came to the door who was alpha and hopefully they will start to see us that way too.
This will be a lifetime training exercise for us and our dogs. Our female still challenge’s us from time to time, but we know how to handle it and if she gets out of control we know who to call. Our male is much better, his separation anxiety still is a challenge for us though.
We want to thank Tristan for having patience with us through the training sessions. And giving us his support. He’s the best and we will recommend Tristan and Lorenzo’s Dog Training to anyone who asks.
Thanks so much for being here Tristan.
Sincerely,
Nancy & Dwight Seiter"
