Loss of any kind is grief. We all have losses throughout our lives from a child having a pacifier or baby blanket removed or a loss of a pet, to a loss of a friend or family member. We all go through the grieving process. It is so important to provide support through this time, allow the person to talk, cry, reminisce as they process their loss. Everyone goes through an emotional transformation as they learn how loss affects them, how to work through those feelings. With love and guidance they become a stronger person.

The doctor says lose weight because the scale is heading the wrong way.
Great, how do you intend to help me doc? Follow a Mediterranean diet, rolls off the tongue easily. did you ever notice they never tell you how, just shove a paper in your hand. One doctor actually said get bariatric surgery.
I am here to help. Just changing one thing, 1% change you can be on your way to better health.
The first thing to do is remove sugar. Yup, not easy. Sugar is an addiction. Food makers put it in everything. There are healthy sugars such as Monkfruit. Stevia. Healthy choices.
