Monty got his final snuggles by a volunteer today before he gets euthanized unless a hero steps up.

🚨𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋- SICK DOGS🚨 The following dogs will be euthanized if not tagged by 10am Sunday, March 31st and out of the building by 5pm. Any animal without a confirmed tag and not out of the building by these times should not be considered safe.

He was found abandoned at a school huddled up and scared (see picture) by a volunteer on 2/25.

Everyone that has met this boy has fallen completely in love with him. Despite humans not being nice to him in his past, he’s blossomed under the care of staff and volunteers that have shown him the life he deserves. He LOVES affection and will stay as close to you as possible. He has been dog tested and did well and even met the office cat- sniffed her and walked away. He has gone on a few out and abouts and rides well in the car. We are hoping to find him a home where he can recover emotionally and physically!

last call for: Sick with an upper respiratory infection. They HAVE been started on meds and will be sent home with the remaining. They are being euthanized due to space in contagious area.

Do not consider a dog safe or honor a pledge until we update the top of the post.

✅ Adoptions must be done in person from 12-6pm when the shelter is open to the public.

With the holidays coming please remember that animals are not presents of you are not planning of giving them a home for 10-15 yrs. The reason why there are so many EU lists here in Texas is because people forget that. If you do choose to get a pet please adopt from your local rescue or shelter. Please share, pledge, foster, or adopt.

North Texas Giving Day is tomorrow. This is the organization I will be supporting. For the past 2 yrs I have been fostering with FWACC and Cowtown Friends of Fort Worth Animal Care and Control has been a great support in all aspects. From refilling the foster closet to setting up adoption/events, they are a big support to us foster parents. If you are able please consider donating to their cause, it truly does help us foster parents that take on shelter pups while maintaining to take care of our own.
