The white cattle dog mix in the video is Dixie. She was a previous Board and Train who did not know how to play with other dogs. This video was after a few sessions of working with my dog Sadie. Once she realized that play didn’t mean fight she actually reciprocated play. After going back to her owner, she still had a few skirmish’s with her owner’s other dogs. Fast forward 2 months and now she is now living and thriving peacefully alongside a dog she has once had fights with. Enjoy this short clip.
Bandits an impulsive American Bulldog mix. He did not want to down in the beginning but even that is coming along. He is getting the hang of all his positions. He’s had an intro to the place command and it’s shaping up nicely. We’ve worked on him not going after my cat, even though he would like for nothing more than to chomp on him. He’s also learning how to go into and out of doors and his crate nicely. This dog is the definition of a bull in a china shop. All that being said he is picking things up quickly and we hope to keep reinforcing his basic OB to get him ready for off leash training.
