Hi friends, family, and 👋. While running my Pet Sitting business I purchased welcome bag items for my new customers. Since I no longer need them, I'm looking to sell the hats & key chains to try and recoup some of my funds. They are all new and come individually wrapped.

Hello to all my clients and . I want to thank you all for supporting my Pet Sitting business and also thank many of you who have trusted me to care for your pets. I've had some pretty significant changes in my life the past few months. Many of you know that shortly after I injured my leg at the end of August, my dad got really sick and was hospitalized. A couple months later he was diagnosed with a very aggressive stage IV lymphoma and he passed away soon after on November 20th. The last couple of weeks he was with us I moved both him and my mom to my house so I could care for him. Now that my mom is living with us, I can't be away for extended periods of time pet sitting. So, I've made the decision to permanently close my business. It was a hard decision to make as I really enjoyed caring for your pets, but I know it's the right decision for my family. Thank you again for your business and support. ❤️

Hello to my clients, future clients, friends, and family. I am currently out of commission due to a couple of reasons. I injured my leg and I am on crutches and a walking boot. The 2nd reason is that I just brought my dad home from the hospital and am staying with dad and mom while he is recuperating. We make quite the trio right now, but we're managing. Once I'm back up and running (or at least walking), I'll be sure to let you know. 🙂

Today is 🐕❤️🎉 Did you do anything special to celebrate? We went to Mud Bay and picked out some of our dog's favorite chew treats. Fergus has been running around with a chicken foot hanging out of his mouth, which kind of creeps me out 😂😂 But, they are highly digestible!

When we opened our doors this morning, three dogs sat waiting to be let in. Our staff looked at each other in concern, wondering, “Where will we put them?”

The Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County is in a state of emergency. Our shelter has taken in 460 animals so far this month, and every day has become a battle to find space. We are now placing dogs in temporary crates and housing 2 - 3 dogs in single kennels because there is nowhere else for them to go. We are overrun with kittens, with multiple litters arriving daily. On top of the constant intake of animals, we are managing several crisis situations.

Our shelter urgently needs to create space to continue operating, so we are waiving fees for all animals immediately through Sunday (7/23). If you’ve been thinking about adopting, we need you today. You can visit the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County (2608 Center St.) without an appointment to meet our dogs, cats, and critters!
