Update: Pending! Meet Claude Rains, a phantom F1b Goldendoodle with a soft, curly coat.

This striking boy was chosen, but his family had a medical issue come up and had to drop out. We know he will find the right home for him so he can spend the holidays loving and bonding with you.

His temperament is calm and he loves to snuggle. He will easily curl up next to you and prefers playing with his people over playing with the other puppies.

His silver face will probably mean that the rest of his black will lighten up, too. It gives him such expression and depth to his color!

(Some of you know that our kids named this litter for classic actors, and you probably don't recognize the name Claude Rains. They looked up the first color movie of Phantom of the Opera, and guess what the actor's name was who played the Phantom? ❤️)

This sweet boy, Steve McQueen, was all set for his adoption when his family had to back out. We totally get that unexpected things happen. Now's your chance to snap him up.

He's all black except for a white chest spot and the tiniest goatee. He's chill and easy-going with a soft, bushy coat. He'll likely get to be around 60 or 65 pounds, perfect for a good walk or run.

He's up to date with shots and would love for you to consider him in your home. He'll totally be worth it! F1b Goldendoodle boy.

For those who are interested in older dogs, one of our long-time clients is moving to the UK in the near future and will not be able to take all of her furbabies. 😕 She has requested our help in finding the right place for them. They are both great family companions and have been around a pr***en child and cats. They are well-mannered out and about and they are located in Ohio. Since there is only a two week window (due to my not seeing the email from a week ago) we would love to hear from anyone interested.

We will be looking for a home where they can both be together, but if needed, they can be separated. Doris is a 10-year-old Aussiedoodle who needs some stimulation, and Minnie Jo (Jojo) is a 7-year-old Goldendoodle from Sally who is a little nervous around children, but is fine once she knows the child (I'm thinking that doesn't include teenagers). I would love to talk to anyone who would like more information. Just let me know.

We have 4 puppies available to go home with you for the holidays! They are precious and companionable. (Descriptions courtesy of Sage.)

Claude is a sweetheart, he loves to play and just climb into your lap for cuddles! He gets a bit vocal when you're not paying enough attention to him, but will happily go and entertain his delusions of grandeur when you're not available. His eyes will disintegrate all forms of protest, quickly and efficiently, just like his assassinations.

Charlie, the sweetest of the bunch, or so he likes to say. We're still not sure if he truly possesses a heart of gold and will be able to enter into the holy fortress, worthy to take the genies lamp, or if he's just a masterful actor, plotting to steal it for himself. Only time will tell! In the meantime, he loves to sit right up next to you and fall asleep, no doubt dreaming of his rise to power.

Judy is the judge, jury, and executioner in this town, and don't you forget it! She'll run the house like she runs the presidential debates (shh, you didn't hear it from me!) and is always on top of problem management. Including, but not limited to, not meeting your daily quota of pets, low toy inventory, tax evasion, cuddle quality control, and perjury. She's a fierce independent woman, not afraid to take the initiative!

Last but definitely the least power-hungry, give it up for Steve! Steve, in the grand scheme of things, is like the blue collar worker. A cog in the machine, if you will. Loyal, sweet, and just the right mix of work hard, play hard. Though his view of work consists of naps, cuddling, bird-watching, and driving the get-away car. He's happy just where he is, which is and will be where you are. Decisions are for the greedy, and Dolly Parton, and fortunately (and unfortunately, he would love to be Dolly Parton) Steve doesn't fit the bill! He will get you that report by Monday, though. Inevitably.

At 3 weeks old they've been eating softened food for a few days. They are all loving it! They are still on mom's good milk for another few weeks, and by then they will have the teeth they need for harder food. Enjoy!

This is so adorable. Now that the puppies are bigger and stronger, they are louder, too. As a human mother, I could distinguish whether the cries of my newborn were just fussy cries or a real need. Doggie mothers can do this, too. If one of them yelps because they are hurt, she immediately perks her ears to focus on them, checking them out and licking all over. Enjoy this noisy young family!
