Registration for the 2022 PSA Nationals is now open!
To appear in the 2022 Nationals program: Please complete this registration form by 8:00 PM EST Monday, October 17th.
The requirements to show at the 2022 PSA Nationals are as follows:
PSA 1: To show at Nationals in the PSA 1, teams must have (1) shown two times in the trial season, and (2) earned their PSA 1 title (passed two legs). The only exception shall be if a team already has one leg of their title during the previous trial season, then shows one time at a Regional event, prior to that year’s Nationals, and earns their 2nd leg and is one of the top five (5) placements at the regional event preceding the national championship of that same year.
PSA 2: Title holders in PSA 2 or those holding one leg on a title in PSA 2 (even if from any previous season) will be automatically eligible. If a team is eligible to show in PSA 2 but neither has a leg nor the title in the respective level, that team must have shown twice during the trial season in the level 2’s to be eligible.
PSA 3: If a dog/handler team is eligible to show in PSA 3, they will be eligible to show at Nationals.
Trial Disqualification as it relates to Qualification for Nationals: Pulling a dog from the competition, whether from the Obedience or Protection phase, before the routine starts or during the routine, does NOT count as a showing for national qualification.
Please do not register for nationals until you have met the requirements because no refunds will be provided.
