It’s with sad news we were informed we are losing our stop in franklin, as of Jan 1st. We have enjoyed the last 8 years serving our community. We had little notice to find a location on short notice. We will call all our up coming appointments in the new year and will honor any appointments if you don’t mind our west Allis shop! But we will be back we promise just give us time to settle! Holidays are right around the corner. Plan now as we are already starting to book out for the holiday season. We will not be taking new clients nov 1st until the end of Dec to allow our existing clients full access to us for the holiday season. Thanks as always for the continued support.

Greeting, due to extremely high no show rates some of our policies have changed as of June. If you are new we are requesting a $25 dollar deposit that will come off your first appointment. It is completely refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. If you no show or cancel at the time of your appointment its a nonrefundable no show fee. Existing clients who have appointments and no show we will require a $25 dollar deposit to schedule another appointment. Same rules apply if you show it comes off the services if you no show again its non refundable. This is to ensure clients can get appointments in a timely matter and our staff gets some compensation for their time. We can not fill appointments when clients no show. You can call or text us anytime to cancel at 414.739.3584.

I feel like we are nagging, but please please please if you can't or no longer need your appointment give us a call or a text to cancel it. Our Number is 414.739.3584. We are turning away so many people for appointments and we are having an increase of no shows. We can't fill these appointments when you no show at the appointment time. We could if you would kindly just let us know. We understand things happen we really are understanding we just ask for communication. We have staff who has to get paid we do not want to increase pricing to cover no shows. Have a blessed holiday from your local groomers.

Policy update, unfortunately due to an extreme high no show or no calls recently we will have to charge $20 for new client deposit or $20 deposit for no show no call reschedules. Deposit is completely refundable up to 2 business days before the scheduled appointment. I’m sorry to do this but this is becoming a huge problem. Thanks in advance.

As Spring starts, we are getting more and more phone calls about red bites on your dogs stomach. We wanted to give everyone this information, these are a type of fly bite, and dogs generally get them from laying in the grass. They look terrible, but usually do not bother the dogs. They heal quickly on their own, and do not require any treatment. These flies are usually around for a few weeks every spring and then go away. We hope this eases any worry that you may have had about your own dog!
