For over 30 years, I've dedicated my hands and heart to helping horses as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist. Every day, I’ve had the joy of working with people and their horses to solve physical and behavioral challenges through massage therapy, becoming a true partner in the problem-solving process. My hands-on work provided clues to areas of pain or discomfort, guiding the horse's owner and veterinarian in putting together the full picture of what was troubling their equine friend. Being part of each horse's care team brought me incredible satisfaction—and inspired me to do more.
It was these very horses that opened my eyes to something amazing: the animals and I were already communicating. I needed to learn how to listen even more deeply to better understand what they were sharing with me. I threw myself into learning everything about telepathic communication, honing skills of focus, empathy, and deep listening through years of intuitive practice. This work has connected me with animals and their people around the globe, bringing moments of joy, insights, and learning every day.
Today, I work with pet owners, horse trainers, veterinarians, competitors, and animal care professionals who want to strengthen their bond with the animals they love. Through telepathic communication, I help foster these unforgettable connections that allow relationships to blossom.

As we prepare to gather around the table this Thanksgiving, let’s not forget the furry friends who make our homes even warmer and cozier! 🐶🐱 From sneakily trying to snag a taste of turkey to joining us on post-dinner walks, our pets are a special part of the holiday. Here are a few ways to include them in the celebration:
Pet-Friendly Treats 🥕🦴: Share the feast safely with pet-friendly snacks like plain veggies or a small slice of cooked turkey (hold the spices!).
Extra Cuddles and Play 🎾🐾: Thanksgiving is all about gratitude—show your pets how thankful you are for them with extra belly rubs and playtime.
Quiet Space 🛋️🐱: If guests are over, give your pets a cozy corner where they can retreat if things get too busy.
Our pets are family, and Thanksgiving wouldn’t be the same without them. How are you including your dog or cat in the festivities this year? 🧡🍁

Feeling overwhelmed by all the training methods out there? Between endless books, videos, and “expert” advice, it’s easy to get lost—and even easier for our horses to feel confused too. But here’s the truth: there’s no one-size-fits-all way to train a horse. At the heart of any successful training is clear communication between you and your horse.

Discover how connecting with your horse on a deeper level can improve training, build trust, and create a stronger partnership. Whether you’re working on new skills or tackling behavior issues, this could be the tool you’ve been looking for!

Is your horse struggling to show their best?
When it comes to showing, horses can sometimes have behaviors that hold them back from truly shining. From sudden spooking to reluctance in the ring or trouble focusing, these behaviors can be as frustrating for owners as they are confusing for the horse.
As an animal communicator, I often work with horses and their owners to uncover the root causes of these behaviors. Sometimes, it’s simply a misunderstanding, a bit of anxiety, or even an area of discomfort that’s causing the issue. By understanding their perspective, we can work together to resolve the problem and help them show with confidence.
💬 What’s one behavior your horse has that you wish you could change? Drop a comment below—I’d love to hear about your experiences!

Is your pet feeling anxious?
I want to reassure you that there are plenty of ways you can help your furry companion find peace by reducing their anxiety.
Here are some tips for helping your beloved companion to cope with anxiety:
🐾Create a safe space for your pup - pick a quiet area in your home designated for your dog. Fill that space with familiar blankets and toys to help your pup feel safe and sound. They can use this area as a place of retreat when they feel anxious.
🐾Engage in playtime - regular exercise is necessary for managing your dogs’ anxiety. Take your companion for a walk, play fetch at the park, or try out agility training.
🐾Keep a routine - keeping a consistent schedule is comforting for your furry friend. It helps them understand and be aware of what may happen next in their day and reduce worrisome behaviors.
🐾Seek professional help - if your dog’s anxiety symptoms continue or become severe, reach out to a trusted veterinarian or certified dog behaviorist. They can offer you personalized support for your dog’s needs.

Have you taken your cat to the vet recently? Bringing your feline to the vet is essential for their overall health and for your peace of mind. 🧡🐈
Even if your cat stays indoors, regular visits to the vet ensure they receive the necessary vaccinations and help discover any underlying issues you may not be aware of. But did you know an animal medical intuitive can also play a crucial role in your cat’s health?
An animal medical intuitive can communicate with your pet on a deeper level, identifying subtle signs and symptoms that might go unnoticed. This insight can help you ask your vet the right questions and ensure your cat gets the most accurate diagnosis and treatment.
For senior cats, who should see a veterinarian at least every six months, this becomes even more important. Senior cats are especially good at hiding symptoms of illness, so monitoring them between visits is crucial. An animal medical intuitive can assist in recognizing those hidden signs and guide you in addressing them promptly.
Have you used the support of an animal medical intuitive to enhance your cat's care? I’d love to hear your experience in the comments!

It’s kitten season, and our local shelters and rescues are overflowing with adorable rescued kittens in need of loving homes and support. Have you considered helping by:
Fostering a kitten? Provide a temporary home and much-needed love until they find their forever family. Fostering helps shelters make space for more rescues and gives kittens a better chance at a happy life.
Donating supplies? Shelters and rescues always need supplies like kitten food, litter, bedding, and toys. Every little bit helps to care for these sweet kittens.
Volunteering your time? Spend time at your local shelter or rescue. Whether it's cleaning, feeding, or socializing with the kittens, your help makes a big difference.
Spreading the word? Share this post and encourage your friends and family to get involved. The more people who know about the need, the more support these kittens will receive.
Adopting and not shopping? If you’re ready to add a new member to your family, consider adopting a kitten from a local shelter. You'll be giving a homeless kitten a loving home and freeing up space for others in need.

I recently had a consultation with a new client about her cat, whom we'll call Tom. Tom, a grouchy older gentleman, had been repeatedly trying to escape outside. It turns out, Tom was irritated by one of the other beings in the household and just wanted them to stop bothering him.
To better understand this, I learned that Tom was one of five pets in a busy home that also included a toddler and two parents.
In this clip from our conversation, you can hear me and the client discussing what might be causing Tom's behavior. The client initially thought the toddler, who was becoming more mobile, might be the source of Tom's distress.
As our conversation continued, Tom revealed that it was actually another animal in the house that was interfering with his cherished time with the toddler. He enjoyed this special time and didn't like it being interrupted.
Through our communication, I was able to reassure Tom that his owner would set aside dedicated time for him and the toddler, so he didn't need to run away anymore.
Whether your animal is running away, hiding, or displaying other undesirable behaviors, I can help you understand the root cause by communicating with them.
