Unfortunately, the deer business is far too often like a Charles Dickens novel. To the left is a picture of White 700 immediately after peeling her leg open from brisket to hoof at CIDR out last year. In the second picture from last weekend, you can still notice the discoloration in her right leg as she puts the finishing touches on her Horsepower fawns due in mid June.
