NOTICE to grooming clients

Due to the large amount of late arrivals for grooming we have a new policy in place starting immediately. If you are 15 minutes late for an appt we very likely will not be able to take your dog for their appt and you will need to reschedule. Late arrivals make the entire day behind and we have excused this for quite some time and can no longer do so. If we feel we can still fit your dog in, there will be a minimum of $40 late fee per dog to accommodate you.

There will also be a fee of $25 for no call no shows to book next appt per dog. If you are on a recurring schedule it will be applied to the next appt.
