This afternoon Cinders half brother Gunner got to put his training to practice out in the field on birds. He forgot his training once out there but with a little work it started kicking in and he ended up with some nice points and held them.

Saban and Bear went out on birds today so we could get Saban hunting better. He's on lead point with Bear doing a nice job honoring his point. This is the first time they have hunted as a pair without their teacher Cinder.

June's first time on birds

Finns first time out. The work we've put in him is definitely showing.

This weekend Daisy got her first hunt of the season in, hunting with Hans. Then we got to work with Finn, Beck & Winnie. First Finn went into the pen to remind him how to act with birds then it was off to the field.

Daisy and Rouge got to go out for tune up run on birds Sunday. This will be Rouges first season guiding, it looks like she's ready.

Today was Naataanii's first time on a bird to work on her pointing. This was when she first saw it.

Daizzy has come so far since I first started working with her.

Willows first time trying to figure out what to retrieve in a dozen decoys. It took a minute but you can tell when she got scent.
