Hello everybody! As the island busy season begins, we have gotten a handful of no call no shows. Effective immediately all no call no shows or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will incur a fee equivalent to the appointment cost. Throughout Covid we did our best to remain flexible with last minute changes but we must enforce our policies once again. We have a waiting list and can often fill your spot or reschedule your pup if given proper notice. Please reach out to us with any questions!
