I love your dogs and truly enjoy grooming them, and I want to make sure we continue providing the best care for them. However, due to an increase in cancellations lately, I wanted to remind you that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be an added $15 charge to your next appointment. Additionally, after 3 cancellations, we will no longer be able to groom your dogs. Thank you for understanding!!
