‼️‼️FRIENDLY REMINDER‼️‼️

Due to the amount of no show/no calls we’ve been experiencing, we’re implementing a $10 charge to the next grooming appointment made as to help us offset the money lost from the missed appointment.
ALSO!!
If I am ever out sick and can not reach you to reschedule, I will offer the same $10 discount on your next grooming appointment as to help offset my inconveniencing you. And also to keep it fair on both ends.
I understand COMPLETELY that emergencies happen and we sometimes just simply forget, but I’ve had too many not to do something to help with the money I’m losing due to no calls/no shows.

PLEASE READ FULL POST

We’ve been having several no shows/calls/texts the last few months and my health sometimes gets in the way of my job as well.
That being said, I’ve been offering $10 inconvenience discounts for anyone whom I haven’t reached to reschedule them, THEREFORE, from now on there will be a $10 inconvenience charge added to your next appointment.
I hate to do this, but if I’m going to offer a discount for my own inconveniencing my clients, then I have to do this in order to make up for time and money lost when we have no shows.
After 3 no show/call/texts, you will need to prepay for your next appointment to ensure your spot.
Please please understand that this is what keeps my bills paid and my family fed just the same as everyone else’s jobs do and this is in no way pointed at anyone in particular, it is just something I must do to help prevent these things from continuing to happen.
Thank you to everyone who supports us and lets us love on your babies and take care of them for you. We love you all 🐾🐶♥️

BUSINESS HOURS 8am-5pm
MONDAY-THURSDAY
CLOSED FRIDAY-SUNDAY
We require a 4 hour MINIMUM STAY FOR ALL BREEDS, LARGER BREEDS STAY LONGER as I am the ONLY groomer and I have ONE PERSON who bathes and dries the babies for me.
Please do not expect a show groom as I am a comfort over vanity groomer…….meaning, if your baby comes to me matted and it will be painful to brush and comb out, I will cut the hair accordingly as to keep the comfort of the dog FIRST! I will not wrestle unruly dogs in order to cut their hair as I’m not in this job for the money, but for the love of these sweet babies and their comfort.
If anyone ever has any questions, please ALWAYS ASK and if you’re ever NOT satisfied with your groom, please let me know BEFORE you leave the salon. If you wait and call me a week after saying something is wrong, then we will fix it at the next grooming appointment.
Please know that we will ALWAYS do what is best for your baby and if I can not do it without stressing your baby out, I will call you to come pick them up. Grooming is supposed to be a soothing experience for your pet, not one of stress and anxiety.
Please understand that we are human as well as everyone else and there are some that we just can not do.
But it will ALWAYS be in the best interest for your fur baby 🐶🐾
We love you all and we can not express the blessings we have with this job ♥️
