Even on Saturdays we get to have a little bit of fun. This 6 yr old gelding is extremely well minded and wants to please. He has been getting hauled to a few jackpots on the head side and taken a lot of pressure lately. Introduced him to the heel side and has taken to it great as expected.

Let a good one go down the road today. JMP Peptos Radar “Radar” is a special type of horse and I would like to congratulate Jacob Todd Bertram on the purchase of this outstanding gelding. Why do I choose to rope and train horses, is one of the questions I’ve received recently!

For starters, I truly enjoy the horse deal for the people that it introduces me to. I’ve gained lifelong friends, business partners, and it has brought me challenges, that will benefit me to excel and grow. It is a bumpy road of highs and lows, but I am passionate about the sport of rodeo and training horses for the fact that, no matter what everyday I am faced with so many new opportunities.

My goals within the next year are, to build my business, to compete at the rope horse Futurities, AQHA shows, and jackpot/rodeo in my spare time.
My long term, 5 year goal is to be a World Champion, have a successful business, and have a place of my own to rope and train out of.

Over the past couple years, my goals have changed and have gotten greater! I want to thank my mentor Gabriel Mazurek Salgado, family, friends, and sponsors for their support.
