hey guys! PSA… I normally do not make these types of posts but….

it’s been brought to our attention that a customer of ours has a problem with us using pictures (that I took) of a mottled rooster that I bred & raised but I sold to her over a year ago. Again this picture I took & have full rights to use.

she doesn’t want it to seem that I’m misleading anyone using pictures of her rooster now. Again that I bred & raised as part of our Mottled breeding groups.

I will be super clear & honest with everyone, I use any & all pictures that I have taken. I’ve used past pictures of birds in my breeding programs & I also have updated pictures of my breeding groups. There is no “hiding” or “misleading” my customers. I have pictures of grow outs posted & chicks & full grown birds to show samples of what all we offer & raise.

I will not be told to NOT USE a photo that I TOOK! Regardless of when I took it. That bird was/is a part of my breeding group.

If anyone has issues feel free to message me. The photo below is the “problem image” that I took when I had that rooster. He is now owned by Nadia Henderson Snow . She doesn’t feel that I have the right to still use images of that rooster since she owns him. I disagree, if I took the photo i have every right to use that photo to show samples of what ive bred & raised.

So please feel free to message me with any concerns but I will continue to use images that I took to show examples of our breeds/colors we offer! As always if you want a super current up to date photo of any of our birds I’ll be happy to send them to you!
