When you get a horse that has a story you know nothing about, the unraveling can be a long and tough process. You have the assessment, the clean up, and the rebuild. We are somewhere in the middle of it all.

🔸I will do my best to listen to my horse every step of the way.👂🏼
🔸I will give as much to him as I expect of him.💞

You might see this little cowboy at a barrel race here soon! 🛢🏇🏼 So proud of this kid! 💓💓 It is so awesome to see these kids set their own personal goals and conquer them. Little do they know, they make my dreams come true by chasing theirs! 💙💙💙

It is such an awesome thing to see riders with natural abilities and an absolute honor to work with them! This is this student’s very first riding lesson. She conquered steering and communication with the horse and learn to post (up and down seat) while trotting. It may seem simple to some but, what is not seen, is that she paid close attention to the horse’s movements and was able to follow them to gain proficiency in the saddle. Impressive! I can’t wait to see this rider’s progress as she continues to develop her talent!

Two different horses, same rider. Videos taken a week apart. Second video was taken in the first 10 minutes of her first lesson with Rich & Royal Farms. Not only did she improve her fluidity as a rider, she learned how to communicate to the horse to move with posture, and HER CONFIDENCE WAS GLOWING! 🌟🌟🌟

To have been a part of it was amazing! I can’t say how incredibly excited I am to be doing what I love and helping people achieve their goals! It’s like a dream come true! ☺️💙

Sometimes our ‘little’ riders like to get in a forward position with their feet behind them in the saddle. My little friend’s posture improved significantly by one simple thing like bringing his feet forward 😉

Soon after this picture was taken he loped circles for the very first time. With correctness and confidence 💪🏼
