We all know how hard it is to find affordable winter coats for our Gentle Giants. I absolutely love the Great Dane Coat club coats here on FB but it adds up when you have to buy 8 of them. If you’re looking for more affordable options weatherbeeta makes great coats. The first coat I ever bought was a weatherbeeta and we still use it. It’s in great shape. Tack of the day has some good prices right now on them.
The Back on Track Blankets go up to 30” and might work for some dogs. The weatherbeetas go up to 32 which is what you need for the big babies.

First rule of crate training. Always, ALWAYS make the crate the best place to be. Never make them scared of the crate. Put the softest blankets, yummiest treats and bestest toys in the crate. Allow them the freedom to go in and out until they are comfortable enough the stay in on their own. Only at that point would we consider introducing the door.
It’s always easier to train correctly than to retrain habits based on fear.

We have 6 happy, healthy puppies ready for their new homes in a few weeks!!
