First of all Daddy's a liar... He said it was going to rain all day, and it only rained while we were sleeping this morning. So we were pouting at home. Then Mom and Dad left and said dogs weren't allowed... Whatever, but then dad showed back up and brought us for a walk!

Fun fact: we love when we see K9's doing their jobs on TV and always "cheer" for them as loud as we can!

I showed dad my belly this morning and it worked! Mom went to church, and dad took us for a walk! He even let me off leash. I promised him I wouldn't run too fast. We love our Mommy and Daddy. Thank you for taking care of me. Have a nice day hoomans!

On Friday we saw our favorite vet, who recommended Dolly have some bumps removed because mom & dad noticed they seemed to be bothering her. I was with her so she wouldn't be scared at the vet on Friday, but wasn't able to go with her today. She's not feeling great and we're all trying to comfort her. Our Dr. says she's on strict orders not to run or swim which are her favorite things to do. We look forward to seeing hooman friends again once she's healed up.

The cold rain went away and this weekend was great for outdoor stuff! Dad took us to the river yesterday and mom walked with all of us for the first time in many moons. Dad tried to get Dolly to run with him but she did not want to split the pack. We both love getting in the water but Dolly loves swimming in deeper water.

Dad said we had to wear rain coats today. But at least our new harnesses match them. Happy Monday hoomans!

Our cousins Harvey & Murray came over for Pupmas today. They made it snow inside the house and mom kept giving them all of our treats! These youngsters sure wear us out 😴

It's my Birfday! Today I am 9 years old, senior citizen territory so I'm told.
My joints have been giving me problems, we found out I was born with some bone defects which have contributed to mobility issues. My hoomans are doing everything possible to make sure I'm comfortable and mobile everyday.
I'm hoping to get a break from my diet and get special treats this weekend! 😋

It's my gotcha day! 8 years ago today my hoomans rescued me from the Georgetown Animal Shelter. I've had many adventures with my hoomans and wouldn't want to be anywhere else! I'm getting older and have more needs but my hoomans do everything they can to make sure I'm living a comfortable life. I'm so grateful they were the ones to rescue me. ♡

Mom & Dad say it's "gale" weather, we don't know what that is but this is our favorite beach experience to date! Dolly loved chasing the beach birds freely since no one was around.

This morning we had sightings of rabbits, deer, and a coyote!

After it rains really hard we go to the river to sniff things out. Later, we found a fresh critter head on our walk. Our hoomans bagged it and gave it to the Park & Wildlife people to teach with, they thought it was cool. They put it on an antpile to clean it. No pics of that but here's some river video
