By now you can see that I'm blind. My captors took me to get fixed upstate on October 16th and I was brought back and taken in by Kristi's Kats in Georgetown. is really about helping the less perfect cats find their home. Sometimes they just need time to heal, or time to get used to people, or recover from an illness. Sometimes they have lost an arm or a leg, or even an eye. So while they may not
look or sound like other "normal" cats, these cats have so much to give." Kristi had me up for adoption at PetValu in Georgetown, along with some other cats. My future mommie and daddie came in to see me 15 minutes before the store closed. They took one look at me and filled out an adoption application. Within a week, I was taken to the vet for a checkup and them mommie and daddie brought me home. Ever since, they have fed me, given me toys, taken me to their vet as I had a fever, loved on me several times a day and have given me some space to get used to my new surroundings. Up until now, they kept me in their bathroom so I could slowly get used to my new house. For the past week they have let me into their bedroom so now I have 2 rooms to roam around. They are going to keep it like this for awhile as I believe they have other cats and they want to slowly introduce me to them. They do not know that I can not see. Apparently no one truly knows how I lost my vision. I've heard that my biological mother relieved my of my eyes, may have had a disease that caused my eyes to rupture, or some adult or child did this to me. Regardless, I'm very fortunate as I have 2 parents that love me and will take good care of me. They have so much love for me and always check on me several times a day to make sure that I'm ok. For the past 3 Sundays, my parents started to volunteer for Coastal Cats which has an adoption center at Petsmart in Millsboro. They get up early and spend 2-3 hours there feeding, cleaning and playing with the unfortunate felines that currently have no where to call home. My father talked of a feline that was there that had special needs. Someone did care enough to complete an application on him but never came back to get him so he is still there. So my father decided to help me make this page for me. We want to focus on those felines that have special needs and try to find them a forever, loving home. I may also have other felines on here that luckily have no ailments buy my priority is to those that need the extra special, loving care. So please feel free to like and share my posts in hopes that it will get to someone who has room in their heart and home for these special felines.
