Our Google account is getting spammed with ONE star reviews after a customer had an "unpleasant" encounter with George today.
Long story short, she claims George attacked her dog. When she informed me of this, my first reaction was of course to pay for her dog to see their vet. I paid her vet bill in its entirety, which was an office visit only. I also followed up with their vet and asked how bad the attack was and they were unable to find any visible punctures and did not prescribe any antibiotics at this time, simply advised her to keep an eye on her dog.
After this incident, we, as a business, decided it would be best for all parties involved to part ways and have her look for another groomer. This upset her and now she is retaliating against us by having her friends, whose dogs we've never groomed, leave us negative one star reviews.
You all know we love our customers and their pets like family. If you could, we would appreciate any of our customers willing to help combat these reviews by leaving us real & honest reviews from your own experience!
**Also just want to add that if George ever starts truly being an aggressive cat, he would be removed from the shop**
