Gunner Olsson is back for e collar conditioning! We had the pleasure of having him for puppy 101 for potty training and leash manners, now we get to teach him how to do it all off leash!

Working line Labs are bred for specific tasks like hunting or detection, often having higher energy and drive, while pet Labs are typically bred for companionship and may have a calmer demeanor. It’s important to do your research to ensure the right fit for your lifestyle—working lines may require more exercise and mental stimulation, while a pet Lab might be more relaxed. Choose wisely, and set both you and your future dog up for success!🦆

Breed absolutely matters!

When picking a puppy, It’s important to do your research and choose a breed that works for your lifestyle. There are many behavioral problems that I get calls about that could easily be fixed with exercise and activities for your dog.

I myself own a GSP and labs and they need plenty of exercise and active time daily. It’s important to provide your dog what they need in order to thrive. Obedience can put a bandaid on these unwanted behaviors but at the end of the day, dogs need to do what they were BRED to do!
