Introductions are needed! We have some new people on here so we’d like to introduce our selves. We are Karl and Rachel and have been married 27 years! We raised our family here in gorgeous Az and love it here! Our family is 3 generations of AKC Shih Tzu breeders. We have learned so much on this journey and are committed to the health, well being and integrity of this companion breed. Karl is a Real Estate Broker and Rachel practices Nuclear medicine at the local hospital. Shih Tzus are our passion and joy. Besides loving these beauties, our favorite part of breeding Shih Tzus is meeting all of you. It is truly a privilege to be a part of one of the happiest days of your lives as we watch you fall in love with your new companion! A little update on mini Luna aka Asteria. We adore this puppy and she is the center of our universe. Very spoiled to say the least! She knows how to demand what she wants! 😂 but becoming well behaved at the same time.
At night in bed she has to have her body next to mine throughout the night, my little cuddle bug!

We love our pup updates! It is so much fun to watch them grow. These two brothers were sent home this summer to an amazing family. This picture was taken as the two brothers were anxiously awaiting Dad to get home. They sit by the door and check regularly for his return. We always love updates when we get them, keep them coming!

Sweet little Lily Belle went home to her family today 🐾 We have had a quiet slow summer. We have intentionally been off of social media to be more present with our family and our dogs. Nari is a mother! And what a beautiful mother she is very lovingly taking care of her two little girls🩷🩷 Happy Mother’s Day to our friends and family. I’m really reflecting on our courageous, devoted, loving, valiant mama dogs! They just are amazing in their devotion and care of their babies. They LOVE being mothers and it shows💗 Our Mothers truly receive the best care and nutrition, and that allows them to feel safe and enjoy their babies. I believe this gives our puppies the best temperaments as their are not raised by anxious, stress or malnourished mamas (💔) Sad to think that such a thing is a reality for some. Busy busy!! The puppies are learning and growing so much! They are all doing good with puppy food, their teeth are coming in too. They all play with toys and each other, which is so fun to watch! They prefer to go potty on the grass and their welping area is staying so much cleaner. We are exposing them to the outside sounds, like cars driving by, to help them for walks in the future.
