We will be starting to offer our Bird Trim
Clinics beginning in February.

We will hold these the second Saturday of each month from 10-3.

Please bring your bird in their carrier.

Prices are as follows:

Wings - $5
Nails - $10;
Amazons, African Grey, Cockatoos & Macaws - $15
Beaks - $15;
Amazons, African Grey, Cockatoos & Macaws - $20 (additional fee for corrective beak trims such as scissor beak)

Will be also trying to have some toys available for purchase also!!

Happy Fall Y’All….

I have 5 cockatiel babies ready to pull in about a week to start hand feeding, 3 of them are spoken for so that leaves 2 remaining…

I have 3 English Budgie babies hatched this week, one just this morning…

And…
I still have 1 Sun Conure baby which should be ready in 2 weeks… DNA pending…

More sun conures should hatch in a few more weeks….

Photos are of new babies and previous babies from same parents for an idea of what they will loook like…
We also have 2 sun conure babies being hand fed and loved…

So I have moved my “bird shed” so it is right off my back porch…
This makes life so much easier for all of us (birds and myself)…
I have added a pair of Indian Ringnecks, so hoping they do well…
I have cockatiels sitting on eggs now so be watching for new baby alerts!!!

Currently we have 2 sun conures being hand fed. I took ALL of the birds out of the breeding modes while moving the shed so I just put them back into their flight cages with nest boxes…

I do still have a few green cheek conure pairs I would be willing to let go to the right person. YES, there is a fee and it is NOT cheap. I am selling the pairs for about half of what I paid for them.
I bought them as babies and paired them up and have since had babies. They are all around 4-6 years old and great birds, I am just trying to cut back to only so many pairs…

I also still a couple of my A&E double stack flight cages available…

I am going to try to post here more often with more updates…

I know I have said this in the past, then I get renewed by the joy of selling a baby to someone that has never learned the joys of owning a bird, or to someone that has lost a feathered friend and ready to take that next step…
However, I am putting this out here again….

I honestly feel that it is the right time in my life to make changes which includes stopping breeding.
I have some Wonderful birds, all still very young for breeders and almost all pairs are proven…

I would love to find someone that loves this as much as I have.
I really don’t want my breeders going into tiny cages to live just to breed.
I have always bred mine in flight cages and provided enrichments for them (toys, additional nutrition, vitamins, etc.)
They are still birds and need all of this, I firmly believe this is why they have been so good to me.
My birds have always lived in a controlled environment with cages cleaned very regularly (minimal of 3x weekly)…
I am looking for someone that wants the same for them…

If anyone is seriously interested, please contact me.

This was sent to me by a customer that just bought a baby green cheek from us on June 15th…. This is his little girl with him the first week… How Amazing….

These adorable hanfed cockatiels are a couple weeks out from being weaned. I couldn't resist getting a video of these 3 chowing down on some millet tonight.
