Finished a commissioned Zentangle inspired art trio for a friend who wanted a keepsake of their time in California, since they recently moved cross country. Fun project.

Thank you for a wonderful Gaudí and Trencadís Zentangle class! It was wonderful to learn about this amazing artist and Barcelona’s history, and to finally have the honor of taking a class from you! You are such an inspiration and a wonderful instructor.

Wow! What a beautiful, heartfelt project I completed last weekend, instructed by the lovely ! We took a journey though Vincent Van Gogh’s life and works to create this day and night scene from his window, inspired by his works of the blossoming almond tree and the famous Starry Starry Night.

I have been anxiously awaiting the next 3D artist series after creating the wonderful Monet lily pad, and this project was truly a labor of love created by Holly. From cutting and packaging everything to creating an actual circuit for the pièce de résistance on the card featuring a watercolor she did of Vincent’s room in the yellow house to light up the starry night, I am truly full of joy creating this project. I very much look forward to learning about Georgia O’Keefe next!

Putting the finishing touches on some prep work for the highly anticipated Vincent Van Gogh 3D class tomorrow with the lovely ! Can’t WAIT to learn more about Vincent and his life and works. The pre class prep has been truly amazing and full of wonderful information. See you in class tomorrow!
