George started out as Herbert, an adorable 5-month-old bully breed puppy who quickly rose to fame after his adorable grin won over America's heart. He came to Paws Chicago extremely underweight and starved for attention. He then spent time with a wonderful, caring and amazing foster family getting some much needed TLC while recovering from the Canine Influenza Virus,.He was finally learning how to
be a puppy, getting lots of cuddles, and working on training. During that time, my husband Kyle, fell in love with this little guy and thought he would be a wonderful addition to our little family. So, we brought the girls to Paws for a meet and greet. We looked at some other pibbles but there didn't appear to be another match for our home. That makes it fate in my opinion. :)
We all spent 2 days at Paws getting to know George, integrating all 3 pups and making certain that he would be a good fit. After 2 long days, we finally got to bring George to his new furever home. It took no time to let them all be together. They all slept on the bed in harmony from day 1. Also Valentine's Day :)
