Hey guys, been a while!! I am going to place a wholesale order for some stuff and if anyone needs anything like WestPaw toppls or slow feed matts, snack, treats and such, let me know and I can usually beat the online stores by about 10-15%. Our Fetch Event is TOMORROW! We are so excited and have a BIG entry to get thru!Thanks so much for all who supported us on this first event!
Some info:
We are planning on first dogs on the line at 6:30, so if you are in the first 2 classes, please be on time. Once we pull the blinds, we will not reset those levels until the end of the event, if needed. There are not many at the advanced/Int level, so Novice will most likely start by around 7:00!
Day of entries are VERY limited, so if you know someone who plans on showing up, tell them to get there early!

The level running order:
- Advanced and Intermediate
- Retriever and Novice
** Once Retriever is done, we will set to either Intermediate or Novice so we can run both fields (will depend on if we have some move ups from
Novice)
- Note: Workers dogs will be run first in each level, so their handlers can go back to work!
- We are working on a best effort running order for each level!
Comment below if you have questions that are not answered in the rule book and we will do our best to assist.
Can't wait to see all of you out there bright and early tomorrow!!

EVENT Watch: Sam Hammond Jessica Stricker and I are planning to host an AKC Fetch Event on June 1, 2024. Just waiting on approval from AKC and I will get the sign up forms out to everyone. We will offer all 4 levels!!! Will have an early start to get ahead of the heat, and we will be limiting entries, so sign up early!! If there are any spots left open, we will take day of sign ups!

He guys, I have a dealer friend that is going to order the Ruffland Go Green kennels for me and ship to AZ. If anyone is interested in getting Go Green or any other color, any size, let me know and I can add to my order. I don't have a delivery date yet of course, but she is ordering on Thursday, so I have to have my order to her by end of day tomorrow.

Sad news all! We will not be able to have the National Dock League this year. NADD has put a ban on all facilities hosting any league events. Even tho we are renting the pool, they have gone to the owners of the facilities and told them they cannot host or risk losing their sanctioning for NADD.
Everyone who has already registered, I will be refunding your entries.

OK guys, the post that many have been waiting for!! Arizona K9 Dock League is a go for 2024!!! I have attached the document you will need to review (READ IT!) and the link to get signed up.
*(if you don't have gmail, PM me and I will send you the doc)
Couple things:
- This is a First Come First Serve situation, so don't wait to sign up if you want to play!!!
- We will only accept the first 20 teams that sign up on this first post. If we have more interest we will add a 2nd team that will jump on Wednesday nights. and before you ask, Saturday gets filled first!
- Event dates are already scheduled (in the doc!)

All, I want to get a feeler out to see how many folks might be interested in a Dock Diving League. It is very similar to Toss & Fetch, but at the dock! We will be competing against other dock teams across the country. We have alot of great jumpers, so I thought this might be fun! Before you ask, NO my pool is not back up! But we have a pool we can rent (duh!) and a built in judge! I don't have all the details yet, but it is a divisional type format (Open, Lap, Legend). Divisions are similar to most DD orgs. I don't know how many ppl can be on a team yet, working on that! It is a total of 5 league nights (May - Aug) and if needed we can use NADD event jumps (ie: May event) for scores. Everyone get a total of 6 jumps (3 and 3) and top 5 distances are recorded.
I am still working on the logistics, but it does start in May, so as I get more info, I will get it put together. I am not sure on the cost yet (will be more then Disc! due to pool use), but will try to make it reasonable for everyone.
Please respond to this post and I will keep everyone updated as I get info put together.
This should be fun!!!
