Beezie, Jemma, and Terra are ALL IN HEAT!! 🥵

This was NOT the plan!! Beezie started right on time, but Jemma is a month late and Terra is months earlier than I ever expected… 🫣

If all three girls get pregnant we will have bernedoodles, golden mountain doodles, AND goldendoodles born in November!! I’m exhausted just thinking about it. 🫠

I’m so proud of Monte and his guardian! Monte graduated from advanced obedience at the Zoom Room and got to go to his first agility class! 👏🏻

His guardian says “Monte had so much confidence, we got to try everything. They commented on how great he did. It was the same with the storm the other day. We went out in the rain with all the treats and he’s so cool and confident.”

I love love love this boy’s temperament so much! He’s never met a stranger, is so affectionate, and wouldn’t hurt a fly!

Bruin Bear is growing so fast! 🌱

He’s on track to be 60lb even though his mom, Ahsoka, is only 40lb and his dad is only 27lb! I don’t mind though, I like my dogs big and chonky! 😆

She’s home! We got discharged from the ER and she will be coming to work with me tomorrow for more tests to make sure everything still looks good. Her face is still very swollen and oozy and she’s a little nauseous and tired, but she’s a little trooper! I got her to eat some canned cat food for dinner. Thank you all for the kind words and well wishes today!! 💕

Having a terrible morning. Henna was bit by a rattlesnake in the face. I was outside with her in the yard and unfortunately the snake didn’t rattle until after it bit her so none of us knew it was there. Tatum and Beezie were in the yard but did not get bit. Since the hospital I work at is closed on Sundays, she’s at a 24 hour hospital and they’re taking good care of her. She’ll be hospitalized for at least the next 24 hours receiving pain meds, anti-venom and checking clotting times. I’m hoping her symptoms are less severe since she is receiving treatment right away.

Someone is on the way to the house to remove the rattlesnake from behind the shed and I’m already looking into ways to snake proof our puppy yard so this never happens again. Because of the dangers of the desert, puppies never go outside unattended, but unfortunately I couldn’t intervene until it was too late this time. 😔

Happy retirement Ember! 💞

Ember has blessed us with three perfect litters and has been the absolute best mother we could have hoped for. Her puppies are beautiful, sweet natured, loving companions and a few are even therapy dogs. 🥇

Her legacy will be carried forward in our program by her handsome son, Maverick, and her doppelgänger daughter, Henna. ✨

Ember will continue to be loved and spoiled in retirement with her guardian dad. We’ll definitely miss having her around here. 🥹

Took Nova to the farmers market this morning again and people were in awe of how beautiful, calm, and sweet she is! 5 kids came up and pet her and she was gentle and sweet, she is so friendly to all dogs and humans, and has a smile on her face at all times!
