I am in the process of rescheduling everyone and fixing my schedule, but I have some changes I wanted to announce!
In order to cut back on the stress of getting done by the next drop off time, I ask that if at all possible your dogs are dropped off in the morning so I can get to them at my own pace! I would call you when your dog is ready to be picked up, this will reduce me having to push back appointment times if a dog is taking longer than expected!
I will have to start enforcing the $10 matting fee. If your dog comes matted, I will try my best to tell you when you drop your dog off if I will be able to groom without having to shave your dog. It is unethical for me to attempt to demat a dog that is severely matted, as it is extremely painful for your dog!
If you have an aggressive/ nervous/ reactive (or anything along the lines of that) dog, please let me know ahead of time! i will not refuse service for your pet if you are honest and tell me that your dog might snap/bite/ etc, and it gives me a better idea ahead of time on how to handle your pet and create a ‘game’ plan with you!
If you bring your dog to me and it shows aggression I will attempt to muzzle your dog, but if your dog gets worked up even with a muzzle on or won’t let me muzzle it I will have to call you and refuse service. You will be charged for what I was able to complete.
Lastly, I ask when you arrive to drop your pet off you remain in your vehicle and call/text me letting me know you are here!
