🫧With this being a very busy time of year and with us currently booked at least two months out the following will go into effect for December appointments:

🚨 Any missed appointments (no-shows) or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time (emergencies excluded) will incur a fee equal to the full groom price before you can rebook.
We maintain a waitlist, and this helps ensure we respect our clients’ time as well as our own.

⭐️ Our reminder texts are a courtesy. Clients are 100% responsible for knowing and keeping their appointment times.

⚠️ Please be on time. If you are running behind, please make sure to communicate with us. We are very understanding. We have a 15 minute grace period for appointments. If you are later than that, your appointment will be canceled and a fee will be incurred.

📣 PSA: Holiday Booking Update

We’ve been holding off on posting this, but we want to keep everyone informed:

We are officially fully booked until mid-January.
Any new appointment requests will be added to our waitlist and if we receive a cancellation, we’ll reach out ASAP.

Please remember:
• Any missed appointments or reschedules will also be pushed to mid-January.
• October–December is one of our busiest times and we want to ensure each client gets the time and care they deserve. ❤️

👻 The "Hair-Raising Howl-o-ween" Contest 🎃

Show us your dogs most 'Hair-Raising' Halloween look! We want to see the scariest, silliest, or most dramatic hair day. Whether it's a wind-blown mess, peak bed head, or just maximum fluff! We want to see the beast before the beauty!

⭐️ Prizes for the Two Winners:
• Each winner will receive a free nail trim (a $15 value).
• If a winner gets a full groom, the $15 value will be applied as a credit to their account and deducted from the final groom price.
• In addition to the groom credit, you will win one of the two spooky prize packs:
• Prize Pack A: A skeleton Lego head, a spider squeaky toy, and a bag of spooky dog treats.
• Prize Pack B: A monster Lego head, a pumpkin spice squeaky cup, and a bag of spooky dog treats.

🕷️ To enter:
• It’s simple. Post a photo of your dog and their wild hair below. (Even if your dog has a short coat you can enter)

Stella would like to clear up a few of our company policies: 👀

To be considered an existing client, you must have had an appointment within the last 6 months. If it’s been longer than 6 months, you’ll be considered a new client and at this time, we are not accepting new clients.

We are almost fully booked for November and December, so please plan ahead when scheduling. We want to make sure we’re able to see all of our wonderful clients! ☺️

🚫 We are closed on Sundays and two Saturdays a month.

Please note:
• There is a fee for canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• No-shows will also incur a missed appointment fee.
• Outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking.

We completely understand that life happens and are always willing to work with our clients when possible. We just ask that you communicate with us. These policies help ensure that Village Dog Spa continues to run smoothly and that we can serve everyone efficiently.

We are so thankful for the amazing love and support you’ve shown Village Dog Spa! We truly have the best clients around.

At this time, we are not taking on new clients (including referrals) at all. Our two groomers are at capacity, and we want to keep providing the quality care your dogs deserve. Thank you for understanding! If space opens up, we’ll share an update right away.

✨ Nail trims are still available (new or existing clients), but must be nail trims only.

📅 Current booking: October is booked. We are booking into mid November, with limited December spots left. Existing clients (seen within the last 6 months), please use our intake form or message our scheduler to set up your appointments. We do offer to schedule out to make it easier for you!

Thank you all for being such a big part of Village Dog Spa. We appreciate you more than words can say🐾
