As we celebrate Independence Day, please remember that fireworks and festivities can be stressful—and even dangerous—for our pets. Keep your animals indoors, create a calm space, and ensure they have updated ID tags or microchips just in case they get spooked and run off.

Let’s keep this holiday safe and happy for everyone—including our furry friends! 🐾❤️

We’ve been eagerly waiting to share this with you — Kayla is officially launching her own business: K.M.Dog Spa! 🎉

What does this mean for you?
K.M. Dog Spa will still be located in the same building as Village Dog Spa, now in its very own suite with a dedicated space. Kayla also has her own phone number and messaging system, so all future communication will come directly through her new business.

Kayla has been an essential part of what makes Village Dog Spa so special, and we’re incredibly proud to support her as she begins this exciting new chapter as a business owner.

Well… this is not our usual client! 😅🐴

Taylor had the day off and decided to fine-tune her creative grooming skills — on her horse, Fyre! 🔥🌈

Yes, you read that right. When she’s not working her magic at the spa or hanging with her pups Mabel and Dipper, Taylor’s hanging out with her horses. Shes been doing mounted shooting for over a decade🐎💥

We’re loving Fyre’s fabulous new look, and clearly, so does she — she even smiled for the camera! 😄✨

And with this heat wave in full swing🥵, it’s a great time for a quick reminder:

💧 Hydration is key — for you and your pets!
Keep those water bowls full and accessible all day long.

🔥 Hot Weather = Hot Sidewalks
If you can’t walk barefoot on the sidewalk, neither can your dog! At just 120°F, a dog’s paw pads can burn in 60 seconds.

💡 Here’s a quick test: Hold your hand on the pavement for 7 seconds.
If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for your dog.

🐶 Best times for walks? Early morning or late evening when it’s cooler and safer.
