One of our red/yellow females from our last litter (Little Miss) is still available if anyone is looking for their next hunting partner! She was one of the first ones to pick up a pigeon and get the rest of the clan started on the birds. She is very calm, independent, and just a happy puppy. But don’t let her fool you with her cuteness, she is ready to retrieve and has insane bird drive and fetching ability!

We will continue training her up to be a started dog and more than likely finished for this upcoming year and hunting season. Please reach out for serious inquiries on her, I promise she will not disappoint!!

Not all days goes as planned. Some are worse than others. But today was one of those good, fun, and productive days. It takes a lot of patience to work with these dogs day in and out and sometimes not see any progress. It’s all based off what they are feeling that day, if they even feel like doing anything at all sometimes and that’s okay. Something to take from each day, and always learning.

Donny has been with us for just a little over a month now and with his obedience locked in, we are making the transition to focusing on finishing the program out with singles, doubles, triples, hand signals, hold conditioning, and lots of steadiness. He has made tremendous progress over the last few weeks with us and we look forward to continue working with him before he goes home in a few weeks.
