Brand and Ryder Cude ended up 2nd in the average at the Wild Horse Prairie Days Double Mugging! They had the second fastest time of the day. Ryder Cude also ended up 4th in the average with Brand mugging for him. These guys have had a great summer. We have a little bit of a break, then will come back for a mugging or two in the fall!

✨The Tree of Wisdom✨

Some of our best horses have spent countless hours tied to this "tree of wisdom."

Around here, every horse puts in their time. It's where they learn patience, take in the sights and sounds of the ranch, and get used to all the daily chaos that comes with being tied right next to the driveway.

Porsche is currently earning her hours at the tree, and she's got plenty of horses waiting their turn behind her. It's a simple part of the process, but it's one that's helped shape some pretty special horses over the years.

Miss the first loop? No problem for Brand and Ryder Cude

They came back to rope on the second loop and still took home **2nd place** at the Seymour Rodeo. Tigger worked like a champ and made a big yearling a whole lot easier to tie down.

It's been a fun summer of double mugging, and we're looking forward to the next one!

First ride went on Jaguar Nick Bar! You can’t ask for a better disposition. His first time to be ground driven and stepped up on, and we pulled him straight out of the wheat field to get videos! Someone is getting a DEAL with this guy, he’s so easy going. We can’t wait to see him go on and prove himself in someone’s program!

Memorial Day Weekend was one to remember for Cude Quarter Horses! 🇺🇸🐴

Huge congratulations to Brand Cude and Ryder Cude on an outstanding showing at the Windy Ryon Memorial Roping. These two laid down the FASTEST time of the entire roping in the first round of the Double Mugging and came back to finish 3rd in the average against some tough competition.

We’re proud to see hard work, grit, and great horses paying off in the arena. This weekend was about more than competition — it was also about honoring the memories and legacies that make events like the Windy Ryon Memorial so special.

Thankful for the opportunity to spend Memorial Day weekend doing what we love, with great people and even greater horses. 🇺🇸
