Meet Blue💙 he is an Australian blue heeler mix whp has been through some stuff.

Blue came from an abusive situation has a puppy and was adopted by a great lady that he loved very much.
Unfortunately she passed away and Blue is super depressed right now and needing a new place to call 🏡

BE SMART: The talk of the town the next 2+ weeks will be the extreme heat, which begins Sunday. With actual air temperatures making a run at 100° (all-time record highs in jeopardy!), it's extremely important to think twice before taking the dog on your daily walk.

As air temperatures soar into the upper 90s under direct sunlight, asphalt temperatures will be nearing 175°. At this level, paw pads can burn in less than 60 seconds. If you think your dog can handle it, go on the walk barefoot and see how long you last. Or... just don't!

Either start the day EARLY or end it LATE if you plan on going on a walk. We are stuck with these temperatures for at LEAST a week... likely longer. Be smart, stay safe, and take care of your pets!!

🐾Exercise🐾 While there are variations among individuals and families, Collies generally are quite active and require regular exercise. They need aerobic exercise and the chance to be able to run and play. Teaching them to fetch can provide good exercise, and having a fenced yard where they can run and going on daily walks help too. They should not be relegated to the backyard for long periods of time, as with boredom comes barking. Collies are people dogs and want to be with their owners first and foremost. Ideally a Collie will be ready to go when it's time to go, and able to chill when it's time to chill.

This is an update on Sky's progress! She is doing GREAT 🥰 If you are also looking for help with your puppy send me a message

Sky is doing wonderfully! I visit her 2x a day while her owner is at work since she is still little 🥰 During these visits I am letting her out to potty, giving her fresh water, exercising and playing with her, but also working on some training! I just added high five and look at how smart 🐕
