This chick of unknown s*x is getting a little puff on its head, like its momma! It's an Ameraucana/Crested Cream Legbar mix! I'll make a little video once its grown its crest and mom is done molting. "If" its a girl it will definitely lay blue eggs.

Harvested sunchokes. Tried one and it tastes like nothing with the texture of a raddish? Lol. Will cook them and see what the family thinks. They are very healthy and are in the sunflower family.
