It's with heavy heart that we had to say goodbye to a fixture in our lives last night. Fire (Smoky Fire String) finally lost her fight with Lymphoma Cancer. She was diagnosed when she was 9 and only expected to live a few years. In true Fire form she was too onry to give up and lived to the age of 28! She filled our hearts with love and laughter and will never be forgotten. She gave us our first foal and what could be more appropriate than Cheryl's daughter being the last person to rider her. We will miss her dearly but are overjoyed to have had her in our lives for 24 of her 28 years! Thank you Christie Kuhar for giving us the opportunity to own such a special horse.
