Holiday appointments announcement:

My regular appointment times between now and Christmas are fully booked, HOWEVER, if your dog needs a groom before the end of the year, I have two options for you:

1. There are still a handful of spots available between Christmas and NYE. I'm happy to get that set up for you.

2. I have decided to add in extra/bonus evening and Christmas Eve availability, but that will come with a 25% "squeeze in" fee. (The percentage is based on your normal grooming price. Feel free to ask if you aren't sure what your total would be.) Certainly nobody is obligated to book these spots, but it is similar to rush fees that bakers would charge for last minute orders. This is extra time that I would not normally be grooming, so it comes at a premium price.

I do my best to fit everybody in, but until somebody learns how to manipulate time, there are only so many hours in the day. 😅

September is over halfway over, which is mind boggling, but that means it's time to set up the 2025 schedule! I'll be starting my annual process of setting up all recurring appointments this week, so please let me know if you need to change your appointment frequency or day/time for next year! 🙂

One big change for 2025: I'm continuing to work on my work/life balance next year. As a result, I will be working fewer Saturdays and Sundays so that I can spend more time with my family. My commitment to my clients will remain the same, though, so I will still make sure I can get everybody in.

This has already been an amazing year, and I look forward to another year working with the best clients and best puppies (of all ages)! ❤️🐶

Good morning, lovely people and puppies!

It's national dog day! Even though it's dog day every day around here, I think today calls for a photo dump. Lemme see your fur babies! 😍

I'll start: My dog Zara, who I'm sure you've all met as my secondary doorbell. Also included is one of my foster kittens who's looking for a home, so if you want a black kitten or two, let me know! (Shameless self promotion so I can re-home foster kitties? Absolutely.)

We're fully into the warm and muddy weather, which means it is BUSY in the dog grooming world. I only have a handful of appointments available at the end of May, and then I'm booking into June.

Also a reminder that getting on a recurring schedule is the best way to make sure you have an appointment when you want it. It's easy peasy to set up (just let me know, and I'll do the hard part!), and then it's one task you don't have to think about!

April, though it is only just starting, is fairly well booked already. I have some scattered availability, but as we move into summer activity season, I will be more limited on my flexibility. Please get in touch with me if you need to set up an appointment anytime in the next month so that we can get you on the schedule. I don't want to tell people no, but I only have so much time.

I am humbled and honored that you've voted me best pet groomer in Grand Blanc for the last three years, which is pretty astonishing as I've only been in business for three years now. I will continue to learn and grow in hopes that I can push myself and raise the bar year after year.

I've been dragging my feet on this, but it's time:

Effective 3/9/24, I am no longer accepting new clients. Please feel free to fill out the new client waiting list if you would like, though be advised that I do not anticipate having room on my books until the end of the year at the earliest.

As always, and truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your unwavering support. I really do love the relationship I get to have with each one of your puppies, and I'm honored you put your trust in me.

Thank you to all of my amazing and thoughtful clients who have checked in on me this morning! We managed to make it through the storm without damage, for which we are eternally grateful. Currently we are without power, but hopefully it will be restored by this afternoon.

I hope everybody else is safe, and my heart goes out to all those impacted by the tornado last night. Please reach out if you need help in any way; times like this are when we need our community the most.
