"Gain Strength, Drop Sweat" Health and fitness are so much more than your weight and whether or not you can see your muscles.

They are about a lifestyle -- how much you sleep, what you eat and drink, who you hang out with, how much you're sitting, and how much you're moving (from running and lifting weights to walking the dog and chasing the kids). Group exercise and personal training is my game. I can help you find a way to fit exercise into your day whether it's 5 minutes here and there, or a straight hour of kick-butt

toning, and whether you need that 5 minutes to remind you to move, or that hour to help you de-stress and become stronger.
