EXCITING NEWS!!!
**Please read whole post before calling**

We are now accepting new clients again under 40 pounds!! However, you must call 716-773-5958 to schedule. We are requiring a $25.00 deposit to hold your appointment that will come off your grooming price at your appointment. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any ill mannered dogs. Dogs over 40 pounds will be taken on also, but at our discretion. We look forward to hearing from you!!!

Reopening tomorrow!! This month flew by! We are almost healed up and back to our version of normal. And ready to go back to doing what we love. Please continue to be patient with us, as we have some catching up to do.

URGENT VERY IMPORTANT TO READ!!!
Due to circumstance beyond our control we are going to close for the month of October. We will reopen Tuesday November 2nd. We are currently in the process of rescheduling all of our appointments. This is has been a very hard decision so please be patient with us during this time. 2 employee surgeries and another on leave to tend to family has to be our first priority in order to be 100% for all of our fur clients come November. Also, we have to continue to not be able to accept new clients.

Update!!! Dana is back!! Her daughter and son in law to promise to send pictures and videos everyday!! Next trip is the first week of July (she is trying hard not to schedule any quick visits in between) Thank you all for being patient and awesome!!!!

Dana's grandson Easton Bryant made his grand entrance a bit early but is doing fantastic! Dana will be away till May 25th but the girls are working hard at the shop while she is away. Please be patient with them as they give each and every furry client the same level of love attention they are so used too!!!

We are closed for the 4th of July holiday weekend!! We recommend keeping your pets indoors during any firework displays. 🧨🧨🧨🧨

🐾🐾 We are now excepting regular payments inside the lobby, no longer necessary to pay over the phone.
🐾🐾We are still by appointment only with no walk ins
🐾🐾Nails clips are available on Wednesday and Saturday afternoon
🐾🐾Only one client in the lobby at a time
🐾🐾We highly encourage rescheduling or booking your appointments out to the end of the year to avoid being on the waitlist
🐾🐾Our "no call" "no show" fee is $50.00
🐾🐾 Sadly we are still not taking new clients at this time.
