Duke stopped by to test our new Large size tail guard a couple days ago! Duke is 95lbs of 100% pure bread Good Boy but has a habit of cutting his tail on things. His sister is also happy to help him remove any bandages that his humans put on his tail as well. He has been using the Regular size Tail Guard for a couple weeks with great results but the new Large size is a bit more comfortable for his larger frame.
We have plenty of Regular and Giant sizes in stock and the new Large size Tail Guard will be available in the next couple of weeks for your 90lb-140lb pups!

Fun tail fact!

Tails are extremely helpful to dogs while swimming! Some dogs are able to use their tails as a rudder in the water. Breeds such as Labrador Retrievers are especially good at this! Unfortunately some of those same breeds are also the most likely to injure their tail or suffer from Happy Tail Syndrome.

We love Labs! Our first happy customer reached out to let us know that their 95lb English lab named Duke hasn’t done well with other tail covering options in the past but is more comfortable with The Happy Tail Guard! Duke is definitely on the large end for the the regular size Tail Guard(40-90lbs) but he has offered to help us fit our new size that will be available for the 90-140lb pups very soon! If you have a pup that is over 140lbs, we already have you covered with our “giant” size tail guard.
