While I am excited to read this book, I can't bring myself to undo this AWESOME BOOK ART from our guest Nala's mom, Leora Bennett. How cool is this!?! Thank you Leora!🐾♥️🐾 This will have an appropriate place on display at the resort, and I will check the book out from the library...I loooved Angela's Ashes. ☺️

S.O.S! Humans to the rescue, please. 🐾♥️🐾

🚨🐾🚨WE ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF DRY DOG FOOD! 🚨🐾🚨

After discovering that our last few remaining bags of adult dog food are moldy (Somehow water got under the bags), we are now scrambling to replenish our stock so we can keep these pups fed! We were able to feed them all today, but tomorrow we will have nothing 😞

With over 45 adult dogs, and several puppies in our care right now, we are going through 60lbs of dry dog food per day!!!

🌟We are in need of both Adult Pedigree Dog food AND Puppy Pedigree dry food!🌟

If you are able to help us keep them fed while they await their forever homes, you may do so one of the following ways:

Dog beach! 🎉🎉

🐾 Exciting news for all dog lovers! 🌊 Starting May 1, the south beach area of Kirk Park will be welcoming back our furry friends to roam off-leash at the dog beach during park hours! 🐶🏖️

Due to high water levels and erosion in 2020, access to the dog beach at Kirk Park was limited after the steps and parts of the dune ridge trail were damaged. Thankfully, the south stairs were reconstructed in late 2023, and access has been restored at the southern entry point.

Please note dogs will no longer be allowed on the north end of the beach May 1 - September 30, and dogs must remain leashed on-trail. Let the beach adventures begin! 🐕
