But his nails were getting long, so now with short nails and all scrubbed up, there's a little more pep to his step🤪😁👍💪

Mental health is a real thing for dogs too, just being clean and all grooming attention, can really lift your dogs spirits😉

Important to keep up with proper grooming to keep them comfortable.

Dry skin is very commonly found grooming dogs in the winter.

Paw care is crucial with the ice and salt they may be walking on.

Keep their grooming schedule regular for best comfort for them!❤️🐶

And then you enter the room and they give you this look... (leaning on the wall all nonchalantly)

Groot: "What took you so long? Ive been howling for you this whole time" 😅 he is so funny. Such teen attitude like😂

Some Grooming bloopers 😉 and tips!👇🏻

Even if your pup doesn't need a full haircut yet, grooming is STILL important! ⭐️

To be clean of course but
- NAILS need kept up on
- EARS cleaned and checked for good health
- A**L GLANDS cleaned, they can get so uncomfortable for them
- MATTING needs checked, brushed through and prevented.
- FLEAS checked for. There are still fleas in the winter!! Don't forget your preventative!✔️

Recommend grooming every 6-8 weeks!😉

✂️🐶Grooming is very important for senior dogs to stay clean, comfortable and healthy.

🌿They are more prone to dry skin and skin conditions.
🌿Joints start to get achy and stiff, nail trimming is important to keep some pressure off of them.
🌿Easily stressed, grooming needs to be as simple and calm as possible. I give them extra time to rest as I see necessary.
🌿Little extra pep in their step when they are groomed and feeling good🥰
