Anyone interested in fostering a rabbit? This rescue is overflowing and would love additional fosters.

Another hoarder case, with rescues already exploding.

We cannot taking in any rabbits unless we get fosters first. *Please note, you will foster a healthy adoptable rabbit from the rescue, to make room for a new intake.

Indoor homes only, your rabbits must be fixed (if they are not, and you need help/referral to get them fixed, reach out!). Please be prepared to commit to fostering for a minimum of 4-6 months. Our foster application is found at: https://rabbitangelsrabbitrescue.com/forms/foster_app.php

• Lower adoption rates
• Higher euthanasia rates

This “Black Cat Bias” (and broader “Dark Cat Syndrome”) has cultural roots — from centuries-old superstitions to subtle visual preferences — and it can affect how quickly cats find homes. In some cases, it even impacts the veterinary care they receive after adoption.

On , we're sharing a few important reminders on the importance of microchips - such as:

➡ 1 in 3 family pets will get lost
➡ Microchipped dogs are more than twice as likely to be returned to their owners and microchipped cats are more than 20 times as likely to be returned to their owners

With wildfire smoke creating poor air quality across parts of the Midwest, East Coast, and New England in recent days and expected in the days to come, the AVMA is reminding the public that wildfire smoke can pose serious health risks not only to people, but to pets and livestock as well.

Smoke from wildfires contains fine particles that can cause respiratory issues in animals, especially those with pre-existing heart or lung disease.
