📣A little holiday brightness from Wholehearted Veterinary Care

The holidays can be an emotionally heavy time in veterinary medicine - we see so many difficult cases, sad diagnoses, and heartbreaking goodbyes.

Earlier this week, an amazing veterinary student who spends a lot of time shadowing with us found a tiny stray kitten outside who had been attacked by dogs. With the freezing temperatures and all the snow lately, she was in pretty rough shape.

Our team rallied around this tough little girl and worked hard to give her a chance. And she took it. After lots of care (and lots of cheering her on), she's thriving - and has been officially adopted by one of our technicians. She's warm, safe, spoiled, and living her very best life in her forever home.

Thank you, Millie, for reminding us why we do what we do. ❤️🐾
