It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you all that as of September 1, 2021, we will no longer be in business. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand that this is a surprise to many. We are so incredibly great full for all of our amazing clients and for all of the support you’ve all given us. The past 8 and a half years we have worked incredibly hard to provide this great community with quality pet care and with groomers who truly care for each and every fur baby that has come thru our doors. We will miss everyone so very much!!!

We've spoken with local groomers and have compiled a list of salons who are currently accepting new clients. Please note that we are, sadly, not the only salon in the area to be closing its doors, and in combination with all of the new dogs added to families since the Pandemic as well as staffing shortages, all salons are very busy at this time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling to inquire about services and schedule your next appointment at least 2-4 weeks in advanced. The demand for appointments will only increase as the holidays get closer. We also ask that everyone please be patient and respectful with your future groomers as everyone will be very busy at this time.

I opened this place in 2013 with a goal to provide my community with a trusting and loving environment that could feel like home to all fur babies. I am so incredibly grateful for each individual who trusted me to care for their baby. To close doors is one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever had to make. But as with everything else, there is a beginning and an end. While I will miss everyone so very much and even the salon itself, I’m excited to see what the future holds. I will be moving out of the area and starting over, no longer grooming but still pursuing my love of animals. Again, thank you so much for everything, give your pups a big hug for me and make sure they know I’ll be missing them ❤️

As of September 1, 2021, Woof & Wagz Pet Grooming will be permanently closed. We are so thankful for all of our amazing clients and their support and loyalty through the past 8 and a half years. With that being said, we still have quite the large amount of retail that we need to sell.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you all that as of September 1, 2021, we will no longer be in business. Our doors will remain open during our normal hours Monday thru Friday for the remainder of the month of August. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand that this is short notice. We are so incredibly great full for all of our amazing clients and for all of the support you’ve all given us. The past 8 and a half years we have worked incredibly hard to provide this great community with quality pet care and with groomers who truly care for each and every fur baby that has come thru our doors. We will miss everyone so very much!!!

If you would like to get your pooches in for a final groom with us please call us at (616)608-6274. Our schedules are very full but we are trying our best to accommodate and work in clients if we are able to.

Also, if you are in need of any doggy accessories all of our retail is 50-75% off!!! We’ve got quite the selection and everything must go.

About Us...

Our grooms include: Two hypo-allergenic baths, a conditioning treatment, your pet is hand blown dry using variations of high and low velocity dryers, nails are trimmed, ears are cleaned, ear hair can be plucked upon request, they are brushed and combed thoroughly, also included in the groom is all necessary trimming. We also have the option to add bows, if they are desired. We offer our services not only to just dogs but we also have experience and enjoy grooming cats and small animals such as guinea pigs, rabbits and ferrets. Here at Woof & Wagz, we also offer multiple options for your pet while they wait for their groom or to be picked up. Your furry friend does not have to be in a kennel while they are visiting us, unless that is preferred to them. One of our more popular options would be our doggy suites. The doggy suites are a gated area where your pet has room to stretch its legs as well as a nice bed to lounge in, a water bowl, if they get thirsty and the option of some pretty cool toys to play with. The best thing about these other options, they will not cost you any extra! We believe that your pet's comfort should be a part of their spa experience with us, and that should always extend to where they wait. Pricing: At Woof & Wagz our pricing is done primarily based on your pet's breed. Other factors that may contribute to your pet's groom total may be their coat condition, or if you wish to add on any other services such as; teeth brushing, fur dye, nail polish, nail filing on top of the nail trim which is included in their groom, or any de-shedding treatments, etc... Add On Services: We also offer fun packages that you can add to your groom, making your furry friend's groom that much better! Some of the services that can be added on are; nail filing, nail polish, fur-dying, de-shedding treatments, oatmeal and medicated shampoo soaks, glamour bows, bandannas, and much much more!!!
