At Gadd’s Animal Doctors of Gray, we work tirelessly to provide the very best care to each and every one of our patients and clients. We are a small but unique practice that offers a full range of services that our clients have come to love and rely on. Every member of our team has an essential role in making that magic happen.

During a recent 10 day period, our receptionists fielded 1537 phone calls, checked over 300 patients in and out, processed payments and retail sales, answered countless questions and took care of every emergency effortlessly and always with kindness and professionalism.

Dr. Gadd is currently our only veterinarian at the practice and she oversees the care of every patient we see, performs all of our surgeries in house and volunteers her time to perform surgeries and patient care for Jones County Animal shelter. (She is probably the hardest working person you will ever meet and that is an understatement.)

Our wait times for scheduling routine appointments vary depending on the service requested, but no matter how busy we are, if you have an emergency during clinic hours, we will work with you to find the best solution. Just like in an ER, we triage and prioritize which may result in a regular appointment taking a while longer to complete.

We appreciate your understanding and patience while we care for your pets. If you find yourself getting frustrated due to our timelines not matching your expectations, pause for a second, reflect on the bigger picture and remember a little kindness goes a long way.

We are animal advocates. Our purpose is to be here to heal, protect, and be their voice.
