We finished off our final grooms before the Holidays begin. This year we decided to do pics with Santa. I decided to also do it on my busiest day of the week and in one of the busiest weeks of the year. Thank you to all of our clients who had their babies groomed today I wish I could have had the time to get their pics with Santa also, but thank you for being understanding with all we had going on. Also thank you to everyone who scheduled your babies photo today. We absolutely enjoyed doing it and will definitely be doing it again next year. We did not charge for these photos, if questioned about price we recommended donating to our Groom Blessing program and today $95 was donated overall. However, us here at doggie styles jumped on that bandwagon long ago, and Susan Robinson never lets me down. They are absolutely affordable and she always produces them in a very timely manner. So I am so far behind it’s awful, but this handsome fella right here was our Halloween winner. I’ve spent days looking for his mommys information to contact her and cannot locate ur. So I’m hoping she also sees this post and calls the shop and schedules his free groom:). He is the cutest boy and I’m pretty sure his mommy calls him humdinger lol. If you schedule an appointment and are a no call no show, you will have to prepay for your next spot. I hate that I am having to do this but my time is important too. I completely understand that things come up, but letting me know you will not be using the 2 or 3 hour appointment spot you have reserved will allow me to let someone else have that appointment. I apologize up front for having to do this but we are to the point we have to.

I’m a groomer not a trainer, but I think my kiddos understood the assignment

Your approach is the most important. This is Gunner. A very large, very dominant GSD! He requires sedation for any and all vet care. Due to his size and strength most animal professionals are a little fearful of his reactive behavior. Nail trimming is an absolute no as long as he is awake for just about anyone but myself. As you can see in this video, Gunner and I have a great relationship. He is in for a spa day pretty often due to his shedding. Nail trims are a regular thing for us. He has never displayed a shred of reactive behavior towards me and actually gets excited to come in. Trust is extremely important in this field. Susan Robinson
