And this is the part that I wasn’t prepared for, after puppies… it was nice to sleep in this morning, but after 9 weeks of the sweet little things taking up so much time and energy and watching them grow and change, all the excitement and puppy breath, puppy kisses and wagging little tails greeting us as we came in the door. This is all such a let down, a change… an anti climatic new normal… yes, we are quite sure breeding puppies is not for us. We are so very grateful to every single one of you who chose these babies and hope that you find the time to come back here and keep us all up to date with pictures and allow us to see your babies as they grow!

All our babies have now found their very special, meant to be , forever homes. They were all so sweet and deserving of the very best and that is what they have!
Today my nephew came to get their Luke… they had a special connection with Gillmore Girls, my neice Beth is a HUGE fan, and her daughter , Chelsea has been obsessed with our Sookie. She made the trip today to lay hands on her in person, and my heart told me that this beautiful, vibrant young lady ( who reminds me of Rory Gilmore) who is about to move for her first teaching position , that this beautiful soul was the one person that Sookie was waiting for! So we asked her if she wanted to take this sweet baby with her onto her newest adventure! I can’t wait to see where these two go! My heart is so happy!!!

Sookie and Luke left today…. Together!!!

Logan did really well his first night away, settling in with his new family and checking out his new digs! And it is getting less and less chaotic up on the hill. Tomorrow Luke will finally get to meet his new family as they travel across an entire state to come get him! Without a doubt it will be well worth the distance and the 9 week wait to finally lay eyes on one another!
And then we only have Sookie left patiently waiting her future to be told.
Time really has gone by so very fast.

Sweet little Lorelai got to meet her new Mommy today! And Rory stole the heart of her new Mommy last night! Things are moving quickly around here now. Luke goes home Saturday, Logan is interviewing a possible mommy tomorrow. And That leaves just Our sweet little lamb Sookie.

Spotlight on Sookie.
This baby is our little lamb. She is s here and anxious to find her perfect fit. She was the biggest of our babies from the start and has the heart to match. She is smart and obedient and loves to snuggle. She truly is a Gentle Giant. Please text me or DM if you think you have the heart to match this girls!

This is where we are. The most important thing is for these puppies to get a good home with people who are making informed decisions and the commitment to give them the lives they deserve.
The time is coming where they need to be bonding with their new families and not with us. If you have been interested and thought the price was too steep, if you are on the fence, please PM me so we can work together to get these babies in a home they deserve.

But .. can’t think of a better page for a double post than on Double Doodle Dandies 😂 so it is just staying right there 😉

When we first chose to begin this adventure. We had done our research and truly did it not to make a killing but to recoup some expenses we endured on our mission to offer the very best new family members to the right homes.
We understand just like everyone else that these are unprecedented times and outrageous and often unjustified prices at the grocery stores and gas pumps.
Our only mission is to see our pups welcomed into homes where they have fully chosen to make the commitment and dedication these guys all deserve.
We consider every applicant on a case by case basis and there is nothing written in stone as far as our compensation, since this is NOT our only concern.
I may very well be the next Crazy Dog Lady because I endeavor to only place into the very best of circumstances.
If you or anyone you know has what it takes to offer these babies what they are searching for, please contact me, and I guarantee your love, loyalty and commitment will be returned. Tenfold.
I know this is a pretty deep conversation for this early in the day. But these babies are deserving of such a testament.

We made the decision to get Maisy and to offer a one time litter of most likely the best dogs in the world. We still believe this and have no regrets for this experience full of sleepless nights and countless loads of laundry and mopping up messes and toilet flushes and emergency puppy baths.
Our main goal is NOT to make a fortune, but to recoup some expenses, and there have been plenty.
Our endeavor was and continues to be, to offer a new family member to only the very best of homes to the ones we know will make these guys the commitment and priority they deserve.
So we may very well have bitten off more than we can chew and I also may very well soon be the crazy dog lady.
But I still hope everyday that the right family finds each and everyone of these 4 amazing animals. They , without a doubt will add so much love and companionship to the human they are awaiting.
