NEW Blueberry Basket - $30

I used two coordinating fabrics from the "Blueberry Delight" line of fabrics. I used the navy print on the bottom, and finished off the top with the blueberries. The basket measures about 6" across the bottom, 10" across the top, and 4.5" deep. This basket includes "barely there" handles coiled into sides.

Large Razzleberry Basket - $45
Put on your sunglasses!!! This is a large, beautiful, bright basket that brings sunshine to any room you place it in!!! This basket can be used for Easter and/or storing treasures. It is larger than a lot of the baskets, making it a little more accommodating. This basket does NOT have handles. The basket measures 8.5" across the bottom, 10" across the top, and 5.5" high. All items created in smoke-free, pet-free environment.

New Handmade Coiled Ducky Basket - $30
This basket is just "ducky" in this '30s reproduction fabric. This red fabric is covered with dapper ducks in tophats! Too cute!! The basket measures approximately 6.5" across the bottom, 9" across the top, and 4" high.

New Handmade Twin Tulip Quilt - $600
This is a twin-size quilt, measuring 71" x 88". This is a great size to throw over the back of a couch, hang on a wall, or lay across the bottom of a queen or king bed. I used '30s reproduction quality quilting cotton for constructing, and a quality batting as well. I quilted using the baptist fan pattern, and finished with a machine binding.

The first bracelet is pearl pink, pearl and gold patterned. The one following is a gold randomized base with pink pearls for separation. The middle bracelet has a pink bow charm with gold spacers beside it and a pearl pink base. The next one is a solid gold bracelet with small pink bow charms. The last bracelet is a pearl pink base with gold spacers.

These are all 7.5” long and quadruple knotted for extra stability.

$15.00 for the stack.

Nine more cuts, eight seams, pressing, and we have a binding for the quilt........a couple of more rounds of sewing, and more pressing.....voila, we have a quilt!!!

After another five cuts and four seams (pressing after each) for the backing, I spent yesterday quilting my quilt. After quilting, another four trims to square the edges. Fun fact: more than 90,400 stitches just in quilting!

I am currently piecing a new quilt. I haven't done the anatomy of a quilt for a while, so I thought maybe I would do that again. Most people, non-quilters, have NO IDEA what it takes to make a quilt. Here are a few facts so far:

Twin Quilt
These numbers are for top only, this does not include the backing or binding.

Cut - 1776 pieces
Sewn - 2054 seams (pressing after each seam is sewn)
Total Blocks for Top - 108
Each block needs to be trimmed, once sewn. All four sides need to be trimmed.
Block Trims - 432
Stay tuned, I will add more facts...........

Removable Notebook Covers (with notebook) - $12 each
These make great co-worker gifts!!!

If you know anyone who journals, or ever writes on paper......these notebooks make a great gift!!! I made these removable fabric covers to fit composition notebooks. When the notebook paper is all used, remove the notebook and place a new one inside the cover. At this price, these are a wonderful little gift to keep on hand for when you want to give someone a little something. Notebooks come to you packaged, and ready for gifting.

NEW Handmade Bean Bag Frog from Vintage Dresden Quilt - $30
(measures 17.5" long, and 11" wide)

This little lady is larger than my previous quilt frogs, and oh so pretty.....loving the lavender! She is bringing new life to a well-loved, vintage Dresden Plate quilt. No good quilts were harmed in the making of this frog.....this quilt was definitely a cutter. The quilt was so loved, that it is difficult to find untattered fabric, so ABSOLUTELY expect some worn spots on the frog! I filled the frog with pinto beans, giving her some nice weight, and allowing her to sit. Lay this cutie on a bed, seat on a shelf, or use for a door-stop. The frogs eyes could be a choking hazard, so be aware. I put them on well, and then added a dab of glue under each for added stability. All items from a smoke-free, pet-free environment!

NOTE: If you are a fan of these frogs, and are waiting for the right one to come along....don't wait too long! I am nearing the end of my quilt, and am not certain how many more frogs there will be.
